1. R\u00fcckgabe- und Umtauschrichtlinie<\/strong>
Wir akzeptieren aus beliebigem Grund R\u00fcckgaben oder Umtausch von Waren innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt des Pakets. Sie sind jedoch f\u00fcr die anfallenden Versand- und Bearbeitungsgeb\u00fchren verantwortlich. Sobald wir die Ware zur\u00fcckerhalten haben, erfolgt die R\u00fcckerstattung \u00fcber Ihre Kreditkarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Garantie<\/strong>
Alle unsere Produkte verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine 12-monatige Garantie ab dem Datum des Erhalts des Pakets, die Bruch oder Herstellungsfehler abdeckt, die die Nutzbarkeit beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Sollten Sie in eine dieser Situationen geraten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte so bald wie m\u00f6glich, damit wir das Problem beheben k\u00f6nnen. Nach unserem Ermessen kann die L\u00f6sung in einem Ersatz, einer vor\u00fcbergehenden R\u00fccksendung zur Reparatur oder dem Versand von Ersatzteilen bestehen. Wir \u00fcbernehmen die anfallenden Versand- und Bearbeitungsgeb\u00fchren. Wenn wir einer vor\u00fcbergehenden R\u00fccksendung zur Reparatur zustimmen, m\u00fcssen auch alle defekten Teile zur\u00fcckgegeben werden. Wenn wir der Meinung sind, dass die Situation einfach durch technischen Fernsupport gel\u00f6st werden kann, wird diese Option bevorzugt. Ein Umtausch oder eine R\u00fccksendung zur Reparatur verl\u00e4ngert die Garantie nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Bruch au\u00dferhalb der Garantie und Wartung<\/strong>
Sollten Sie nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit, die 12 Monate ab Erhalt des Pakets betr\u00e4gt, Probleme mit unseren Produkten haben, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte, damit wir Ihnen entweder Ersatzteile zu einem fairen Preis zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen k\u00f6nnen, damit Sie es selbst reparieren k\u00f6nnen, oder Ihnen einen Reparaturservice anbieten k\u00f6nnen. In beiden F\u00e4llen sind Sie f\u00fcr die anfallenden Versand- und Bearbeitungsgeb\u00fchren verantwortlich. Die Kosten f\u00fcr den Reparaturservice werden von Fall zu Fall bestimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Internationale Bestellungen<\/strong>
Bestellungen mit dem Endziel au\u00dferhalb Kanadas k\u00f6nnen aufgrund des Imports durch die Zollabfertigung zu Lieferverz\u00f6gerungen f\u00fchren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr Ihre Bestellung Zollgeb\u00fchren und Einfuhrabgaben anfallen. Sie sind f\u00fcr die Zahlung dieser Geb\u00fchren verantwortlich. Die Zoll- und Abgabens\u00e4tze h\u00e4ngen vom Land des Endziels ab und betragen einen Prozentsatz des Gesamtwerts des Pakets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Sicherheit, EMV und Umweltkonformit\u00e4t<\/strong>
Unsere elektrischen Produkte werden mit einem Niederspannungs- und Niedrigleistungs-AC\/DC-Wandler (12 V, 36 W) geliefert, der der Sicherheitsnorm UL\/cUL 60950-1 entspricht. Unsere elektrischen Produkte wurden auf elektromagnetische Vertr\u00e4glichkeit gepr\u00fcft und ihre Emissionswerte entsprechen der CISPR-22 Klasse B, wie von den zust\u00e4ndigen US-amerikanischen und kanadischen Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden, der FCC bzw. ICES, gefordert. Schlie\u00dflich entsprechen alle in unseren elektrischen Produkten verwendeten Komponenten nach unserem besten Wissen der RoHS-Richtlinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
