Our Story<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Judith, with over 15 years of sewing experience, started delving into knitting a few years ago, quickly becoming deeply involved. Through this newfound passion, she connected with various knitting communities in and around Montreal. Meanwhile, Jean-Philippe, seeking a hands-on technical challenge, was inspired after visiting a yarn store in Boston to create an electric yarn winder for Judith. Encouraged by positive feedback and interest from the local knitting community, they co-founded Romarin in 2020, a company specializing in crafting tools for both professionals and enthusiasts in the yarn industry. 6 years later, we delivered over 1000 units of The Caker and The HankTwister worldwide with overwhelmingly positive feedback. A new house and lots of renovations later, we are now working on new products. Stay tuned !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We prioritize the selection of mechanical and electrical components that comply with European RoHS and WEEE directives, ensuring they contain no harmful substances that could impact the environment after their service life. Our commitment to manufacturing top-quality goods also aims to reduce material waste to a minimum. Moreover, the designs emphasize reparability.
