1. Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise for any reason in the 30 days following the date you’ve received the package. However, you will be responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges. You will be refunded through your credit card once we’ve got the merchandise back.

2. Warranty
All our products come with a 12 months warranty starting from the date you’ve received the package, covering any breakage or manufacturing defects compromising it’s usability. If you face either situation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue. To our discretion, the solution may consist of a replacement, a temporary return for servicing or a shipment of replacement parts. We will be responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges. If we agree on a temporary return for servicing, any broken parts shall be returned as well. If we consider the situation to be easily addressed with remote technical support only, this option will be preferred. An exchange or a return for servicing do not renew the warranty.

3. Breakage Outside Warranty and Servicing
If you face any issue with our products past the warranty period, that is 12 months from the date you’ve received the package, please contact us so we can either provide you with replacement parts at a fair price so you can fix it yourself, either offer servicing. In both cases you will be responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges. The cost of servicing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. International Orders
Orders with final destination outside Canada may face shipping delays due to import custom clearance process. Furthermore, there may be custom taxes and duties applicable to your order. You will be responsible to pay for those charges. The custom tax and duty rates depends on the country of final destination and is a percentage of the total value of the parcel.

5. Safety, EMC and Environmental Compliance
Our electrical products are supplied with a low voltage and low power AC/DC converter (12V, 36W), compliant with UL/cUL 60950-1 safety standard. Our electrical products has been tested for electromagnetic compatibility and their emission levels has been found compliant with CISPR-22 Class B, as required by United States and Canadian regulation bodies, respectively the FCC and ICES. Finally, all components used in our electrical products are compliant with the RoHS directive to the best of our knowledge.

6. Liability Waiver
Our electrical products have moving parts and therefore presents mechanical hazards. Please be aware that you will be using our products at your own risk. Hereby, 12102617 Canada Inc.
